our friends tricia and jeff invited us to make our own homemade stockings.

they were lots of fun, and we used our creative juices to make our own decorative christmas stockings!

i think we all are gunna do it again next year :0

we also went up snowboarding with a group of couples at bogus.

we all came back sore, hungry, and exhausted but lots of fun!

The True Meaning of Christmas

This video is simply amazing. It brought tears to my eyes, and reiterated to me what Christmas is truly about, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

dip dip dip.

SOOOOOOOO.... while walking through the grocery store.... we felt the need to dip, gingerbread marshmallows, pretzels, and of course OREOS. We also decided we needed three different types of chocolate. DARK, MILK, and WHITE. We ended up having two trays full, don't know what we are going to do with all of them, probably eat them and gain 10 lbs or so.....Yay for holiday weight.

If anyone is having a chocolate fix, we got it for ya :)

heres are little little christmas tree. tee hee hee. our apartment is too small to hold a regular size one, so we got a mini tree. i think its rather cute. it definitely did not take us very long to decorate :)

WINTER WONDER LAND

We are so excited for the holiday season, we have watched so many Christmas movies, listened to way to many Christmas songs and definitely wanted to fit in the Botanical Gardens. For those of you who have been its soooooo awesome isn't it?! For those of you who haven't, YOU SHOULD GO! They have the most amazing lights, its so relaxing and definitely puts you in the holiday spirit. Here are some pictures we took there. ENJOY.

OUR HOME

Our Little Home

WOW!!!

There has been a lot going on lately and we are very excited about them.

1.) Logan got a new job where he is now working for a local artist welding.... YES he absolutely LOVES it!

2.) We got Callings! YEAH. Logan got called to the YM's and I got called as the beehive advisor. We are so pumped and excited to work with the youth.

3.) Lately I have decided that we LOVE to do crafts. YES we.... meaning, me.... and I make Logan help :) No he's really good about it and I know he secretly loves it too.

4.) We love our little home we have had tons of fun decorating little by little we are making it our very own. We love our fireplace! With the cold weather coming out, Logan has started burnin' the fire.... and it has made our home comfy cozy.

We feel super blessed and are excited for the holiday seasons.

HERE'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TOO LATELY......

• We got ready for Halloween this year by going to the pumpkin patch, so much fun! We rode the hay tractor out to the fields to pick our own pumpkins... it was my first time going to a pumpkin patch. Lots of fun. Logan's parents we out of town so we got to have little Porter with us, and then had Lyndsay and Dan over to watch the game, carve pumpkins, and randomly have a crepe competition. We all had lots of fun!
